Common questions
Does the app work without internet?
Yes, fully. The food-recognition AI runs on your device, so you can scan meals on airplanes or anywhere with no signal. You never need a connection to use any feature.
How do I restore my lifetime unlock?
Open Settings in the app and tap "Restore purchase". As long as you're signed in to the same App Store or Google Play account you bought it with, your $19.99 lifetime unlock will restore on any device, at no extra cost.
The AI guessed my meal wrong. Can I fix it?
Yes. On the meal screen, tap the dish name to search the 600+ food database and pick the correct match, or adjust the portion size (small / medium / large) to correct the estimate. Your daily Uric Load updates instantly.
What is Flare mode?
Flare mode tightens your daily limits during a gout attack, from 300 mg to 150 mg of purine and from 25 g to 15 g of added sugar. Toggle it on from the home screen when a flare starts, and off again once it passes.
What happens after my trial ends?
You get 7 days of full access when you download. After that you keep 4 free scans, and you can unlock everything forever with a single $19.99 purchase. There is no subscription.
How do I delete my data?
All your data is stored on your device. You can delete individual scans from your history, or remove the app to erase everything at once. Nothing is stored on our servers.
